This press is general-purposed straight sided one point mechanical presses,which can complete the cold stamping process,such as punching,bending,forming,shallow tensile,calibration and so on.When it is working,its punching force is less than 60% of the nominal pressure.

General requirements；

1.The general layout of the press:The press mainly consists of machine frame,main drive of the crossbeam,clutch,break,die block,air pipeline,tank,air cushion,ladders,railings,walking board,electrical control system and other components.The overall layout is compact and elegant.

2. The structure features： The base,columns,crossbeams and die block are steel plate welded structure ；the base and the column,the column and the crossbeam are positioned by the square button.The main drive of crossbeam is beautiful,with good bearing force,stable accuracy and low noise.

3.The press adopts dry clutch,brakes,with compact structure and easy maintenance.It adopts ROSS double valve control.

4.The press should adopt dilute oil automatic circulation lubrication and disperse lubrication to fully guarantee the reliable operation of the press and to improve the service life of friction pair.

5.It has hydraulic overload protection device to avoid equipment accidents,such as damage caused by overloading.
